The list of news publishers in Canada is pretty short. You just don't allow them to be posters and it should also be possible to block any links to their websites quite easily.
Some of the rubbish posters of e.g CSAM that they ought to suppress often pop up pretty randomly.
Not to say that there aren't also named bad actors that they should and could ban from posting.
