I was thinking about how to use the turnips in the fridge. I have a lovely Punjabi turnip curry, delicious. But then I came across "Pulled" Turnip Tofu. Not only does it use up the turnips, it uses tofu that I have, and for the salad - cabbage and carrots already in the fridge. It sounds like a win.

It would be great in the bread rolls as described but I don't want to cook GF rolls just for this, so I will use some GF wraps that I have in the freezer. Or I could do GF flatbread... 🤔

Anyway, it is a decision for tomorrow. Just thinking ahead.
