This is fraught with painful, awkward issues that are becoming increasingly difficult to avoid with these questions.
So much has changed that I’d have to pick & choose through a dozen scenarios. Are they still alive? Am I ME then? Not ME? What age am I? It's a quagmire.
Suffice it to say, they were, even in the 1960s, progressive when it came to race, but anything hinting at LGBT & they'd have both lost their minds.
