I’ve been thinking about KYC. I feel govts are trying to force Bitcoin to be bought on KYC rails so that every coin can be tracked. It’s not malicious but govts are simply addicted to control. They can’t give it up. There must be non KYC rails to acquire Bitcoin.
Is there a way of building an decentralised Bitcoin exchange where ppl can just exchange whatever (fiat, crypto etc) for Bitcoin in a completely decentralised way for example can this be built on NOSTR? Or any other way. I’m not a dev, I’m just asking the question and hoping someone will run with this if not in 10 years time the only way to get Bitcoin will be KYC.
