Just found my notes from the 2001 and 2003 #WTO Ministerial Conferences in Doha and Cancún. I was probably one of only a handful of journalists to attend both, and it might be time to revisit those negotiations. Though the Doha Round seems dead, there’s always a chance they could try to review it. A retrospective might be of some utility.
