Now that I'm safely back in the USA I'll mention just how shocked I was at the amount of USA politics in all of the EU cities I visited.

Many murals only featured US political figures and many more were in explicit contrast to US pol.

Don't get me wrong, I love how many people I was able to communicate with in English but I was really hoping to absorb, well, anything else but US pol.
