So, here’s the situation… I had some leftover butter chicken sauce. Then I made sweet potato gnocchi. Then I threw in some crispy pork belly—kind of bacon-like.

Now I’m sitting here with a bowl of rich, flavorful, buttery, smoky, slightly sweet, and I have no idea what to call it.

Do we go with:
Butter Crispy Pork Belly Gnocchi?
Crispy Pork & Curry Gnocchi ?
