The Republicans fucked it up. Trump was the worst choice, but they chose him because they knew they had no winner except someone that would lie and I promise everyone everything knowing everyone would believe what they wanted and write off the rest as "Just Trump."
So, we have a conman as President. How you think that is better than any other option blows my mind. He's a sociopathic narcissist and he went after the stupidest voters because they are the only ones that would fall for his dog and pony show.
