I still heavily disagreed with their beliefs and don’t support beliefs that harm others, but I struggle with dropping people or hating someone for their beliefs, I rlly don’t like feeling hate it makes me sick

i don’t think I’d ever defend bad beliefs that encourage hate and violence against innocents, or seek out friendships for beliefs that are bad, but if someone I knew had beliefs like that,,I’d struggle to stop being friends unless that kinda just overpowered the friendship or got in the way, like if they started being rude to my beliefs, my friends, targeting ppl I like, etc
