Fedora has benefited from engaging with people on the platforms we are on (when we can). I don't mean just posting and liking replies to your own posts. I mean familiarizing yourself with a platform, it's culture, and community. Obviously a brand does not participate in the same way as personal accounts do, but there is a difference between becoming a member of a community vs being an RSS feed with extra steps. Not saying that's wrong, but consider the other side of the spectrum.
