The curry with red cabbage, pumpkin, and banana peel (organic by the way) last night was delicious. I am strongly tempted to make it again BUT I have broad beans to use before they go bad. I wanted to cook them a few days ago but well, after the ordeal with Muis, I had no time left.
So; the good thing is I have broad beans! I have them, and will relish them! And I will also use their pods because those are so nice too 💚
