don't know, just an o/o. When you deliver at this customer, you back into the dock. If the dock next to you has a truck assigned after you dock, you have to drop the trailer and pull away so the driver can get backed in. It's too tight for a truck to back in with another truck next to it.

My guess is he dropped, let a driver back in, reconnected but didn't tug test the 5th wheel. Clamp didn't close all the way and he pulls out while turning left, the trailer slipped off. Oopsies
