Tasting History did an episode about a Tudor strawberry tart from the 1500s and it looked so good I had to try making it. First thing I’ve ever made from Tasting History.
I don’t have a tart tin and the top cracked a bit, so my presentation is certainly lacking.
I can’t wait to try this after dinner tonight.
