Hi I have been using this wallet for over a month now.
I need the option to enter a seed phrase.
Or can I follow those steps and enter the seed after the PWA is installed?

To amswer the comment above (in my user esperience):
1) Yes you can send and receive lightning
2) yes it connects to NOSTR for zapping via NWC
