There's a small fraction of people in America who commit 60% of the homicides, have a 75% illegitimacy rate, a 40% illiteracy rate, are two standard IQ deviations below white people, and they're always complaining. What should we do with them?
USA: I dunno, give them their own history month, two holidays, preferred hiring and academic entrance, and toss huge gobs of money at them?
