yeah I've been lucky that this psych hasn't like retired or left. Esp since I've tried treatments like rTMS and Ketamine to no avail, and I'm scared shitless about doing electric shock therapy.

I've been thinking about trying to microdose psilocybin on my own, but we will see. At this point we've almost thrown the whole house at the walls and not much has stuck.

Not sure if we are running out of things to throw, or wall at this point 😅
