It took a little revising to get to this but it works, and everyone has some amount of workout crap they’ve purchased over the years. Plug in what you have and see what you get! I’ve even used this when traveling, just tell it you only have access to items in a hotel gym. 1 mile walk to warm up, :30 of lifting, eat some eggs, bacon and a protein shake, move on with your life, stronger.
