All it really needs is labeling of each row for 1-key access. I use Telescope for 95% of file launches, but occasionally I want to see the shape of a repo that's new to me, so I still have vinegar for looking around. For me, it's a better experience than the file tree alternatives because it's a more nvim-native feeling.
