npub1j46f9va5qdrmamcwmncew7g8mwekgma386dhws6k04fsnlkqpcpsj23gm7 (npub1j46…3gm7) we need to get you and npub1eyf5a4zje3mhpdze5tprsymk7j5nf84uuf3npll2axzeht4mh2jsn3ryse (npub1eyf…ryse) in a room (again? You may have both been at a local-first hackfest…) to chat about this. Rob has a lot of insight as the CEO of npub1dwl80nvcshpn3ups7p5s7kpar5ndesn57sj4777x6l2yg6khlh8q2tr9f6 (npub1dwl…r9f6) and president of the npub1vzv8rq6gmgt0g8hrvkh45ettsy4ceuumahn24wpru05nmyx78zdq8ks5n9 (npub1vzv…s5n9) board.

My limited insight is that there are programs like npub1kujmhygr93cv4g7rauj056555psne5nxv7u5haxp6v3y7a3e9c4qf0ul7l (npub1kuj…ul7l) or other philanthropic funders that may fund well-scoped projects for open source. Something Rob and I were chatting about is funding the design side is usually harder to communicate, but it’s not impossible.
