Today's workout:
Five minutes weighted crunches (40lbs)
Five minutes Continental lift (40lbs)
Five pullups (strict form, doing them 5 times a week)
10 minute warmup
10 minutes stretching
20 minutes wrist and forearm workout
20 minutes kata practice
20 minutes hike work
3x55 seconds pushups
5 minutes twisting crunches
5 minutes Supermans
3x55 seconds air squats
20 minutes heavy bag work.
Since this was in three blocks throughout the day and most of my workouts are like that these days, that's why I've been posting them less often.
Anyway here's my son and me.
