One other note: There are going to be complaints the archive is "slow", as usual. Two new factors are involved.

One, people were holding in buckets of things to upload, including partner institutions and our usual shining justice league of mega-uploaders. Those are just flying in now.

The other is the security system is slowing things up here and there and there's likely going to be be a slightly bigger delay than usual.
