When I see a pattern / widget / article, especially one that asserts its accessibility features, show screen reader pics and recordings only from macOS VoiceOver, that is a bit of a red flag for me.
This preference also leads to devs who think VoiceOver quirks are genuine bugs in their software (though, actually, their egos make them think VO quirks are bugs in all SRs, not their own software).
