As much as I side with the sentiment, what organization has the right to decide what is to be not allowed? Perhaps there is a legit use case for that sort of trust. I dunno.
I say caveat emptor.
Find encryption without back doors... And use it. And be responsible for continually verifying it.
Or don't.
