Reclining seats on airlines should become a thing of the past. A source of much air rage, it creates a sense of entitlement that people are willing to trade blows over. Either create more space between rows (never happens) or lock the seats in place. I am sure FAs will appreciate this as well. I used to travel with the wedge and it worked great. Most give up once they realize the seat is “broken”. Alas, I forgot it on a flight ages ago and I think they might be contraband now.
