kravietz 🦇 (nprofile…3w02) By saying this I think they are trying to deter NATO assistance and intervention in Ukraine as they can claim such acts could be grounds to change their stance. They really don't have resources for a two front war and they would likely escalate nuclear brinksmanship in a risky gambit to take pressure off their forces in Ukraine.
