Stephen Miller closely resembles Adolph Eichmann, the NAZI who carried out Hitler's "final solution".
Except that Miller is worse. Eichmann was somewhat of an unquestioning follower ("I was just taking orders") while Miller is the author, originator, and proponent. Miller can't even make the claim that "he was just following orders".
One could say that Eichmann overtly killed people in death camps. Miller has established concentration camps and permanently divided parents from children. So Miller is not a mass murderer on the scale of Eichmann.
Eichmann eventually went into hiding (in Argentina.) Israel captured him, tried him, and hung him.
Is there any reason why Miller should consider himself safe from a similar action of a nation whose people he has harmed?
