Agree that systems > goals, as systems that produce consistent micro outcomes almost always get you to the major outcomes you're going for (goals).
I also think too many people limit their world by being obsessed with specific outcomes and miss the serendipity that creates most of the things we look back on as our favorite things to happen to us.
