I've noticed a general trend on Nostr stats (per Amethyst).

Tuesday, Wednesday, Fridays, and Saturdays are generally the best days to post for traction.

Sunday, Monday, and Thursday are usually bad days to post for traction.

3:00 AM to 6:00 AM (PST) generally seems like the best time to post since it's the most active.
