Lol, indeed. So while I get it's fun to roll our eyes at stuff like "apothisexual," I do think it would serve feminist thinking well if we took a step back and looked at how all this stuff started rather than argue about the confusing scraps tossed to us by male overseers. The playing field is always important because we all live in reality, but it's good to remember that the current playing field doesn't exist in a vacuum. So that when we refuse to play the game, we're very grounded as to why.
