Whoa! That’s a very generous thought. In principle no, I couldn’t accept such a lavish gift. Interestingly, I was planning to get a Pixel, run on Graphene OS, in which I would use Amethyst most likely (my husband is on Amethyst and #Primal). I am currently #Damus Purple on iOS snd #Primal. I love them both, but I have been gently lectured by some dear Nostriches promoting privacy to get a Pixel/Graphene already.
Just a stab, but if I sent you an unlocked new pixel device for Christmas, would you accept, active, and install #Amethyst?
