Can someone help me the next time I go to a hairdresser? I don’t know how I walk in with a photo and a description of a “middle-aged-lady-mullet” and leave with an “I’d like to speak to the manager bob”. I mean, the photo and the cut are so far apart. I know the whole time I was getting my cut she was asking me questions, but I really thought this was going to be collarbone length and a bit like what I’d asked for. I had about a foot of hair cut off yesterday. 😭
