LOL during peak COVID shenanigans I sent our toddler son to his room because he kept jumping on my bed when I had his newborn sister in my arms. Well he goes to his room for 5 minutes and I hear screaming 😱 he jumped on his bed and whacked his head on the base of his ceramic heater on the floor. Blood rushing from a gash between his eyes, blood from his nose, and blood from busted lips. I freaked, and Tyler was all "he's ok let's just look" then he turns to me all "uhh yeah we need stitches" 😱😭 you know it's bad when Dad says so. So we went to the hospital and I was preparing to go in because Tyler didn't wear a mask, ever, and Tyler goes "no its ok ill take him."
I was all paranoid thinking they'd turn our son away because Tyler didn't put a mask on, but he said that he walked in and they asked him to put a mask on and he told them "no" and that's was that. And now our son has a big scar between his eyes that probably won't ever fade. I told him that someday his own kids will ask what happened and he will tell them it's because he didn't listen to his Mama 😆
