There's a station in WI that has been calling CQ on FT8.

I know they can hear me. They've said so via pskreporter.

But they don't answer me.

I assume it's most likely because they saw the 1st paragraph of my QRZ profile, & they're ignoring me on purpose.

I hope it makes them mad.
