In a rational country, this sort of racist eugenics trash take would not only immediately disqualify you from ever holding public office, but immediately result in your isolation by society itself, who would ghost you and avoid your businesses with the utter contempt you so rightly deserve.
Frankly, if Trump embraces phrenology as a way to identify the undesirables, I won't be even a bit surprised at this point.
