Thyme at last! I've been trying to get thyme going in our gravel path for a while and finally this attempt has succeeded. I hadn't noticed the creep. We often get weeds popping up alongside this path and it has to be cleared every so often to prevent soil build up in the gravel, but thyme is supposed to be able to cope in this kind of environment. I shoved snippings in underneath the gravel at least 6 months ago and it's finally taking over. Some appears to be lemon thyme too.
