* Helped test new shim version (scratch Cloud images, locally, etc)
* Looked into packages not being signed in containers, worked to get a fix in koji deployed.
* Did some stable updates pushes for F40
* Fired off F40beta RC10. The first 9 sank into the swamp, but this one... this one should stay up!
