Ollama is pretty neat.
One thing I didn't mention in my notes is that I run it from my work Mac Studio and my home office's Mac Mini Pro.
I can connect to both over Tailscale on my 2019 MacBook Pro which makes trying a new new HUGE model from on old hardware possible.
