It's not released, yet. That's why it's under "next-alexandria" and not alexandria proper.
Need a place to run it on the Internet, is all, as we can't test a website only on localhost.

Well, it gives everyone a chance to watch us build and observe the progress, which is nice. Just understand that this is still alpha and we're making massive changes under the hood. Entire menus getting added and stuff, and we're rushing to meet the medical challenge, which requires a couple of rewrites.
