Why does every company you interview with want to do 3, 4 or even 5 interviews?

Are you telling me that you don't know if you want someone on your team or at your company in 1 - 2 interviews?

This many interviews is just a complete waste of time for anyone, especially those of us in the job market that is already complete and total TRASH!
