We have an admin code at work specifically for time we shouldn't be charging to clients (for training & other internal work). I just got scolded for charging my training time and my performance review time to that code after two years of doing that repeatedly without anybody apparently noticing (previous manager seemed fine with it and encouraged it). Doesn't seem right to charge the client when I'm watching a pointless HR video but ok.
