Running the regular "security awareness training courses" and once again having to explain why "failing the quiz at the end of the training is counted as a 'pass'; because your auditor is asking for proof that we train our users, not for proof that the users are learning anything"
Also the training provider's quiz wording is often weird and difficult to interpret, and I've wanted to disagree with several of them. But I can't be bothered to get them rewritten :-)
