If transitioning is just like normal people getting cosmetic surgery, why is child transition so important?
There are plenty of people who'd like a fuller head of hair, slimmer nose, stronger jawline... but go on with their lives.
Why can't trans people, for the sake of ethical practice, accept transitioning at age 18? Live with a less-than-ideal body, like how people transitioning from child to adult do.
A transman with breasts is still a man, right? A transwoman with a fridge body is still a woman. Just accept that you won't be conventionally attractive - don't you want to stick it to Western beauty standards, anyway!?
