I chose "be" (though my arms are still spaghetti strands 😢). And now, with my 55kg body, I'm squatting and deadlifting 80kg (but only ever got was two reps benching at body weight 😠).
And yet, despite that vastly increased strength (when I started I couldn't squat 30kg) I don't look muscly.
