Took my horses to a funeral for a 92 yr old cowboy today. We put the cowboy's saddle, rifle scabbard, chaps and a flower wreath, with his boots tied backwards in the stirrups, on my one horse and used a pack saddle/boxes on the other horse to load his ashes. His grandkids led the horses during the ceremony and everything went fine. What I thought was interesting were the buttons on his old chaps. Just sharing :-)
