Yesterday I went up in the attic, crawled back to a small area, moved insulation, walked on my knees on the truss tie beams, laid on a small board to keep from falling through the sheetrock, and worked on a bathroom heater / fan. There are skull piercing nails protruding from the decking because I did not supervise the last roofing job.
Today my torso hurt, and it took me about 5 minutes to remember the reason.
