To me a Bitcoiner is someone who interiorize the proof of work in every aspect of their life, all their decisions are planed in the long haul and understands the importance of hard money and separation of money and state.
Someone else will have a different definition, and to be honest I don't think there is any entity entitle to say who is or who isn't a Bitcoiner
