i have started a situps program myself... did a routine yesterday and doing one again tomorrow morning first thing:

it's really simple and lets you start easy and build up naturally
i used this program years ago, literally like 20 years ago, it's cool it still exists, and i highly recommend it
the importance of only doing 3 sessions a week cannot be emphasised strongly enough... muscles don't recover in only 1 day and after 3 days on 3 days off they need an extra day... monday, wednesday, friday, is an easy way to line it up but in any case...
if the exercise doesn't strain muscles much you can do it more often but what you do daily has to be "easy" for your strength or you will hit a brick wall
