Unplug.. go wander with a camera & mind free to drift.. remember it's never the things on the worry list that went wrong it's always a thing I never thought about so may as well let the stresser go and if you walk enough to get a good sweat that's detox too.. nice shower later and it's perfectly chillaxed exhaustion & deep sleep! <3
