I do not know about the benifits but.
Turmeric can be grown really easily, just throwing it on the dirt will grow it. I just dug up a pile a while ago. No one planted it, it was here before. If you have land or a garden its easy to grow.
Ginger is a bit difficult, what you need to do is plant it clean pile of soil. Water is its enemy, if water is stuck on the roots for long it will spoil. If you a fan of ginger cutting it into small candy sized pices drying it a bit and then dunking it on melted sugar and drying will make it a home made candy.
Cinnamon- Its a tree you can plant it. I have it its growing. I hope it will grow big. The bark of the stem is what is used in cooking. Let me tell you a secret, the bark of the roots i heard are even more potent. The sole purpose of planting the cinnamon was to try this😂
Cardamom is hard to farm do not farm lol too much bullshit. Need large land plenty water temp nah. Also there is large cardamom, black one those are something else try to use it. Large ones are very useful for drinks.
Saffron: dont try to plant this, it hard need temp large land and right climate also you get 3-6 strands from 1 flower/plant. Bullshit plant.
