I had problems with nixos-anywhere and disko-install so I wrote a simple shell script that I include in an installer ISO created with nixos-generators. It uses my Yubikey to extract secrets (including the host SSH key) from SOPS, then runs disko to format the drives, copies the SSH host key to the newly formatted `/mnt/etc/ssh`, and then runs `nixos-install` with the `--flake` option. On the next boot the machine is exactly the way I want it to be.
